Ordering From Floral Roundabout Q. How do I place an order? A. Orders are accepted either In Store, By Telephone or via our Website. Placing your order online is as simple and SECURE just follow these steps: 1. Find the product you want to order and click [Add to Cart] 2. Select any additional items you want. We can add chocolates, wine, balloons, vases and cuddly toys to your order. 3. Click [Checkout]. 4. Either log in or register 5. ADD a delivery address then click [Continue] 6. Provide a card message. 7. Select the required delivery option 8. Select a delivery date. 9. If the flowers are for a funeral then select the funeral time. 10. Let us know if there are any special delivery instructions. 11. Click [Continue]. 12. Enter your payment details and click [Continue] 13. Confirm and [Submit] your order. We will email you an order confirmation when the order is received and again once it has been accepted.
Q. Where will my order be dispatched from? A. For orders to a Worcester address or an address within 10miles of Worcester the order will be dispatched from our store.
For National Orders, we will transmit the order over a relay network and the order will be delivered by a florist local to the recipient.
Q. What happens once I have placed my order? A. For web Orders: Once you click the submit button, your order is stored on our serves until it is accepted by our florists. You will receive a confirmation email so that you know your order has been received. When we have accepted the order and processed payment we will confirm the order by email. Your order will then be delivered on the requested date. Once the order has been delivered we will send you a further email to advise you that the order is completed. The final email will may take up to 48hours to process.
Q. I need to amend an order I have already placed. How do I do that? A. You can change information on the order up to midnight the day before delivery. We can attempt to alter the order after this time, but you should be aware that this may not be possible. If you need to change an order you should call us on 01905 24613 or email using the contact from on the website. Please ensure you quote your order reference number on all communication.
Q. How do I cancel an order that has been placed? A. Orders can be cancelled up to midnight on the day before delivery. After this time the order cannot be cancelled and the goods can only be returned if they was received in a poor condition. Please speak to one of our Florists on 01905 24613 if you have any concerns about, or need to cancel your order.
Q. Is placing an order on the website safe? A. Yes! Once you start entering your order information you are transferred to a secure website. The address will start with https:// and you can click on the padlock to view our security certificate.
Q. Our company has a corporate account with you. Can I use a purchase order number instead of a credit card? A. Yes. If you have an account with us it can be used online. First you should register with the site using this link. Once you are registered and have your password please call one of our Florists on 01905 24613 and give them your username. Q. Where will my order be despatched from? A. For orders to a Worcester address or an address within 10miles of Worcester the order will be dispatched from our store. Q. When will my order be delivered? A. Unless you request otherwise, we deliver all order between 9am and 5pm Monday to Saturday. We do not accept requests for timed deliveries except funerals and weddings deliveries. For an additional charge you can request an AM, PM or “Within 3hours” delivery.
Q. What happens if the recipient is out when the delivery takes place? A. If the recipient is not available to accept the order we will attempt to leave the delivery with a neighbour. Failing that the order will be returned to our store. A card will be left for the recipient to advice them how to arrange re-delivery. We will re-deliver as soon as possible, but this may be the next day.
Q. I haven't receive my order - what happens next? A. Please call us on 01905 24613. Please note however that normal delivery takes place between 9am and 5pm Monday to Saturday and we are unable to provide exact delivery times. Top of Page
After Sales Help Q. I was not is when you attempted delivery. How can I get by flowers? A. Our drivers should have left a card to advise you where your delivery is. Please call us on +44 (0) 1905 24613 to arrange re-delivery. We will attempt to re-deliver as soon as possible but please be advised that this may not be until the next day.

We don't store your password anywhere on our system, so if you've really forgotten yours, simply go to the My Account log-in page and click on the 'Forgot Your Password?' link. You will automatically be sent a new random password, which you can of course change as soon as you want to something more personal and memorable.
